Our typical small business customer has 5-120 PCs and relies heavily on technology, such as email and other business applications, in their day to day operations. Most of our small businesss clients hire us to support their network because they do not want to incur the overhead and cost of full time IT staff and they do not want to burden their employees with the responsibility of troubleshooting the company network.
